Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all parts, accessories and documentation supplied with the product.
Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The product is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the standard returns process.
